Dear Faculty Member,
Our library collects material (books, journals, etc.) purchase requests for our library via the attached form, twice a year. You can send the materials required for the courses to us via the attached form.
Before filling out the form, please confirm whether the publications are already available in our library through the catalog scanning system. You can use the search line at
https://kutuphane.gelisim.edu.tr/ for this. Our library catalog is open 24/7. You can also freely connect and scan from outside the institution.
After completing the form, you are kindly requested to send it to the Rector's Office (via Deans, Directorates, Institutes) via the EBYS system for approval. If you also send a copy of the form to the e-mail address
kutuphane@gelisim.edu.tr, budget work can be done before the approval process.

***NOTE: In order to avoid duplicate requests, it is recommended to create and check the collective lists in the Department Boards and then send them to the Rector's Office via EBYS. You are kindly requested to send the lists by October 4th, 2021 at the latest.
