Within the scope of the EKUAL Project, conducted by TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM, Oxford University A "Read & Publish" agreement has been signed with Press (OUP) publishing house, covering both access to academic content and the publication of Open Access (OA) articles for the period 2026-2028.
Institutions that are members of EKUAL under the agreement:
It will provide access to Oxford Journals Online journals.
Oxford Journals Online 2026 journal collection includes Hybrid and Full Open Access journals that will be eligible to publish annual AE articles according to established criteria .
The quota distribution by year is as follows:
Year 2026: 400 Units
Year 2027: 408 Units
Year 2028: 416 Units
