As is known, within the scope of the EKUAL Project conducted by TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM, access to the electronic journals of Wiley Publishing House has been provided since 2018. Since 2023, APC support has been provided for a certain number of articles through both content access and open access (AE) article publishing (Read & Publish) model.
